Benjamin Moore & Co. opened a new distribution center in Landover, Maryland. The brand new Silver LEED Certified Logistics Center will accommodate expansion and enhance service in the fast growing Mid-Atlantic and Southeast markets as well as support distribution of an expanded line of Benjamin Moore & Co. latex products.

Ten miles from Washington, D.C., Benjamin Moore & Co. will occupy 90,000 square feet of the state-of the-art, Class A industrial space in the newly constructed Landover Logistics Center. The location provides excellent logistical access to Metro D.C., Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, North Carolina, West Virginia and Pennsylvania which will support 350 retailers with faster and more efficient service.

Earlier this year Benjamin Moore & Co. opened its first Silver LEED Certified Logistics Center in Oakland, California. This facility serves as the key hub for the company’s growing network of West Coast and Asia Pacific retailers and distributors.
